They did a stirling job with their fantastic show - Mist, even though, on finding that the stage was slightly smaller than expected, they were forced to adapt the show at the 11th hour, this they did seamlessly and without hesitation. As it was, Sean was extremely professional (and calm), and spent three weeks reassuring me that everything would run like clockwork and in spite of my pre-party nerves, he was confident we would have a fabulous night. Despite not being able to perform on illusion due to the size of the stage, the show was truly brilliant. The illusions were clever, amusing and executed with (what appeared to be) consummate ease. The audience, including our Directors and Senior Managers loved it and remained seated and riveted for the full 45 minutes. Particular favorites were the shrinking of Sean, the snow routine and the 'magic box'. Sean and Vanessa were true to their word and the show did run like clockwork, and it was a great pleasure working with them. Well what can we say? Thank you so much for your 'complete package' of mix and mingle magic after the ceremony and during the meal, the separate children's entertainment, and the evening illusion show followed by your own disco. We cannot praise your talents and professional approach highly enough.
We thought we were asking the impossible, trying to provide games and activities that allowed 36 young kids to be kids, so that adults could be adults - all under one roof ... for 12 hours, but you made the impossible possible! Vanessa's child entertainment skills kept the kids happy and occupied while their parents were able to enjoy some 'grown up' time, with a glass of bubbly, canapes and your outstanding 'mix and mingle' magic Sean. The way all ages came together in the evening for the illusion show was the icing on the cake. As one guest said "You had thought of everything. Our kids had a fabulous time - and therefore so did we!".
It's worth highlighting that apart from the fact that you were the only team able to provide such a complete package of skills (children's entertainment, 'ice-breaker' and 'spectacle' magic and DJ skills) your approach to wanting to work with us was so professional and accommodating from the outset.
Sean was the only entertainer to reply to my email immediately with a personal call. You then met up with us several times beforehand to discuss ideas, returned calls and answered emails promptly. Most importantly though, you recognised that we had quite specific ideas about how, when and where we wanted different groups of guests entertained in a small venue. And you were happy to work in a flexible way to help us make it happen - even arranging to meet us the day before your own Wedding! Nothing was too big an ask. What initially seemed like a tough ask, was made easy and uncomplicated.
Your 'complete package for Weddings' was without a shadow of a doubt the glue that bound the day together - undoubtedly the best investment we made in our Special day ... in the words of one of our guests we 'should have charged admission at the door because the entertainment was so good!'.
